The menu offers Franconian delicacies like “saure Zipfel mit Sauerkraut” and “Gerupfter”. For the accompaniment of the meals we recommend the wines from the hotel own winery. A great ambience for a wine sample. For our business guests: Beside the main menu we offer you a special business lunch from the buffet.
