From Dornbirn Train Station take bus no. 40 to Au (bus stop opposite the hotel). From Bregenz Train Station take bus no. 35 to Bezau, then bus no. 40 to Au.

Half-board comprises a rich breakfast buffet with products from surrounding farms, afternoon snacks, and a 5-course dinner with a salad buffet. A gala dinner with live traditional music is hosted weekly. The nearby Diedamskopf ski area features 39 km of slopes, 60 km of cross-country ski runs, and 9 cable cars and ski lifts.
