Vallechiara is set halfway up the Stelvio ski slopes and offers beautiful views across Bormio, 4 km away. It includes a football pitch, and tennis and basketball courts. Part of the Alta Valtellina ski area, Hotel Vallechiara is around one kilometre from the Bormio 2000 Cable Car, whose slope is also illuminated at night. The hotel also offers a ski and snowboard school and winter sports equipment is available to rent. Each room comes with a TV and balcony or terrace overlooking the town or the ski slopes. Guests can relax in the hotel's sauna and out on the terrace. Your day at Vallechiara starts with a large and varied buffet breakfast. You can enjoy traditional home cooking at the restaurant. During winter, accommodation is only available for long or weekly stays.
