Located 4 km from Snow Monkey Park, Andaikan offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation with a hot-spring bath, massages, a 1,000-volume collection of Japanese comics (Manga) and a special in-room Japanese dinner for Booking.com customers. Rooms have a zen décor with sliding paper screens, floor cushions, and Japanese futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. In the winter, you can snuggle under the Kotatsu (leg-warming heated table). Bathroom with hot-spring baths and toilet are shared. The inn is a 20-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station and a 20-minute drive from Shiga Kogen Ski Resort. On-site parking is free. Free pick-up from Yudanaka Train Station is available, but must be requested at time of booking. A Japanese set menu is served for breakfast at the dining room.

Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen). From December through March, an additional heating fee will be assessed in addition to the stated price. Please note that the outdoor baths at Andai Hot Spring are only available to staying guests. The women's and men's baths are switched around daily each time after breakfast and dinner. Guests are able to enjoy both baths if they wish.
