The private bathroom comes with a shower. Heated ski storage facilities can be found at the Holzlehenhof. There is also a garden and barbecue facilities. The scenic Liechtensteinklamm Gorge can be reached in 15 minutes by car, while St. Johann is a 10-minute drive away. Cross-country ski runs are a 2-minute drive away. The thermal baths of Bad Hofgastein can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Please note that snow chains may be required to reach Landhaus Holzlehen in heavy snow conditions. It is recommended to reach the Alpendorf Ski Amadé by car as the road is steep.
