Just 5 km from the Sankt Anton Ski Resort, Haus Stark offers a self-catering apartment featuring stunning views from the private balcony, as well as modern design and household appliances. During winter season, a free ski bus stops 150 metres away. Guests at the Haus Stark can stock up on necessities in the centre of Pettneu, 500 metres away. Freshly baked bread rolls are delivered on request. In summer, breakfast can also be delivered. The apartment includes 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. Amenities include 5 TVs, a washing machine, and modern kitchen appliances. A trampoline and barbecue facilities are provided in the garden. Upon request and against a surcharge, guests can use an on-site sauna. Guests can borrow bikes directly at the property and go exploring in the scenic surroundings. Popular summertime activities include hiking in the Verwallsee or Mooser Kreuz. The Stanzertal Wellness Bath, 150 metres from the house, offers free indoor swimming pool, as well as a sauna and a sun bathing area. In winter, cross-country skiing trails are accessible 80 metres from the property. From May to November, a guest card is included in the rate and offers one free use of the cable car.
