With spectacular views over Labrador Bay, the award-winning bed and breakfast Minadab Cottage enjoys a tranquil location in the pretty seaside Devon town of Teignmouth. Dating back to the 1800s, this distinctive thatched cottage offers a relaxing terrace, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Each room at Minadab Cottage is elegantly furnished and has its own en suite facilities with hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms have a fridge with bottled water and milk, and tea and coffee facilities with homemade cookies. There is also a flat-screen TV and DVD player in each room. A full English or vegetarian breakfast is offered, along with cereals, fruit juice and toast with homemade jam or marmalade. Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, and herb mushrooms with poached egg on toast are among the special choices. Around 11 miles east of Dartmoor National Park, the cottage is a 10-minute drive from the pretty fishing port of Teignmouth, with its quaint harbour and a variety of high-quality restaurants and cafés. Teignmouth Railway Station, town centre and its Victorian pier are just a 5-minute drive away. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk away.
