Built in 1822 this listed building is full of character offering spectacular views across the North Bay to Scarborough Castle and the Yorkshire coastline. The hotel bar offers a range of drinks and has Sky TV. The Leeway’s rooms are tastefully decorated and feature Freeview TV, free WiFi and are supplied with tea and coffee making facilities along with a hairdryers, iPod docking station and fluffy bath robes that are available on request. The Leeway overlooks the cliffs and the beach that stretches for over a mile along the rugged coastline. There is free parking on site, and the fun fair and arcades of South Bay are just a 10-minute walk away. The Town centre is home to a variety of restaurants that offer sea food, Italian, Indian, Chinese and English cuisine, all just minutes away.

Rooms are accessed via stairs, please let the guest house know if a first-floor room is required. Please note that there are 3 parking spaces available but The Leeway offers free off road parking permits in the event of the carpark being full.
