Information om Alice Springs YHA

Set within the site of a former outdoor movie theatre, Alice Springs YHA offers air-conditioned backpacker accommodation in the heart of the town centre. Guests enjoy a swimming pool and the outdoor recreation area offers the original movie screen and BBQ facilities. The tour desk can arrange tours to the West MacDonnell Ranges, Ayers Rock and Kings Canyon. There is a food store located just 500 metres from the Alice Springs YHA Backpackers Hostel. Multi-share dormitories and private double and twin rooms are available. All rooms include bedside lights. Guests have access to a games room with large-screen TV. Alice Springs YHA is 2km from Alice Springs Railway Station and 15 km from Alice Springs Airport. Alice Springs Desert Park, School of the Air and the Royal Flying Doctor Service are 10 minutes’ drive away.

Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children are only allowed to stay in private accommodation. Children are not allowed to stay in dormitory rooms. Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Children aged 17 need a letter from a parent/legal guardian to stay in dormitory rooms. If children are 16 or under, they will need a parent/legal guardian aged over 21 to stay with them in a private room.
