Information om Choralm

The Choralm House is at an altitude of 900 metres and around two kilometres from the town of Westendorf. The house is named after the new eight-person chair lift which is a stone s throw away. The lift will bring you quickly and comfortably to the largest ski-area in Austria. When there is enough snow. you can ski almost back to the doorstep. The house was built in 2009. There is a very modern holiday home on the ground floor. The holiday home has its own private entrance so privacy is guaranteed. Everything in the house is new and modern. This is reflected in the furnishing. There are even automatic sun awnings. The attractive garden in front of the house has a charming south-facing terrace which enjoys breathtaking views.

Please notice that there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity and Heating. There are some facilities on the property that might require extra costs. A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
