Some rooms have stunning views over Brighton's famous pier, the beach, and the seafront. Light and airy, the stylish and contemporary bar was completely refurbished in 2014. Looking out to sea, the bar has a large outdoor terrace, a big-screen music video system and free Wi-Fi. A continental breakfast is included in the standard room rate. A traditional English breakfast can be purchased at the hotel. Please place your order when you check in. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to an array of restaurants and bars. The Brighton Conference Centre is a 13 minute walk away. A resident street parking voucher can be purchased on check-in for the Zone C area.

The hotel has no facilities for the storage of bicycles overnight. If guests are due to arrive later than the advertised check-in times, they must contact the hotel in advance. Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 8 per day. The hotel is located on the corner of Marine Parade and Broad Street and the hotel entrance is situated in Broad Street (BN2 1TJ), close to the junction with Marine Parade. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards up to the value of the first night's stay.
