This residence is located in the centre of a 3-hectare park, which gives direct access to a beach. It offers a swimming pool with solarium and children’s pool. All of the apartments at the Résidence Pierre & Vacances La Pinede have a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee-machine and a private terrace or balcony with garden furniture. The Pierre & Vacances also has a children’s playground and garden, and guests can enjoy several activities such as volleyball and table tennis. La Pinede is 2 kilometres from the village of Giens and free outdoor parking is possible on site according to availability. Books and board games can be rented free of charge.

Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 (until 20:00 in July and August) Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees). The EUR 200 security deposit can be paid by cheque or credit card. Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, can be requested, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat, and 1 pushchair. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
