Housed in a restored historical building, the America Diamond’s Hotel features a top-floor dining room with panoramic views. Picoas Metro Station is located right opposite the hotel. The modernly designed guest rooms of the America Diamond’s offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. They are decorated in deep blue and burgundy, and furniture with clean lines. Some rooms include a hydro-massage bathtub. A buffet breakfast is offered daily on the panoramic terrace. The hotel has a brand new restaurant, Up to Sushi, which closes on Sundays. In the evening, guests may also request room service or try out the fine restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel offers a baby-sitting service. The Hotel America Diamond’s is less than a 10-minute walk from Marques de Pombal Square and Eduardo VII Park. Lisbon’s main tourist sites are easily accessible by public transport.
