يتمتع هذا الفندق المدار عائلياً بموقع هادئ في أوبرمينسينغ في الشمال الغربي من ميونيخ، على بعد 10 كم من وسط مدينة ميونيخ. ويقدم فندق شلويزا أحد فنادق ليمان خدمة الواي فاي المجانية ومواقف مجانية للسيارات، ويبعد دقيقتين فقط عن الطريق السريع A8. تم بناء فندق شلويزا أحد فنادق ليمان في موقع مطحنة من القرن الثامن عشر، حيث يقع مباشرة على نهر ورم. وتم تجديد الغرف الواسعة في عام 2012، وتشمل جهاز تلفزيون بشاشة مسطحة وحماماً خاصاً مع دش. تتوزع غرفة الفطور على طابقين وتقدم إطلالة على النهر. ويتم تقديم بوفيه إفطار متكامل هنا كل صباح. كما يتم تقديم الأطباق الإقليمية لتناول طعام الغداء والعشاء في مطعم Weichandhof. تقع محطة حافلات على بعد 300 متر من فندق شلويزا أحد فنادق ليمان. وتتوجه الحافلة رقم 160 إلى محطة قطار باسِنج، والتي تبعد بدورها مسافة 15 دقيقة بالقطار عن محطة ميونيخ الرئيسية.
