Featuring a resort village and access to fine skiing, the Deer Valley's Signature Collection includes free Wi-Fi. A variety of activities and dining options are available at the resort. A fully equipped kitchen is found in each spacious, wood-furnished apartment. A coffee maker and a work desk are also included. Some have a flat-screen TV and views of the Deer Valley village. Deer Valley Resort provides access to an outdoor hot tub or games room. A free shuttle service into the village is also provided during the ski season. The Royal Street Café’s offers a scenic dining deck and the Deer Valley Grocery-Café has both on-site and take-out meals. Other dining options, including gourmet picnic baskets, are also available. Park City Mountain Resort is 5 minutes' drive from Deer Valley. Utah Olympic Park is less than 9 miles away.

Guests must check in at Deer Valley Plaza, 1375 Deer Valley South, and pick up their keys.They will then be able to access their units. Guests can pick their keys up after 16:00 local time daily and must return them by 10:00. The office is the check-in and check-out location. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
