This hotel is located in central Zion Square, a 15-minute walk from the Old City and a few steps from the market and the Nahalat Shivah pedestrian promenade. Wi-Fi access is free in public areas. Zion Hotel provides a lounge area with balconies that offer views across Jerusalem. Every morning, guests can enjoy a typical Israeli breakfast in the hotel lobby. There is no elevator at the hotel but staff is happy to help with guests' luggage. Zion's friendly staff can arrange for tours across Israel, Jordan, and Egypt, or offer tips on what to do and see in the area. The public airport shuttle stops in nearby Harav Kuk street, while there is a train station right across the hotel. A number of bus lines stop nearby and link to Jerusalem Central Bus Station.

Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid at the hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, guests can park their cars in and around Shammay street. Only hotel guests are allowed in guest rooms. Late departure (until 19:00) on Saturday and at the end of Jewish religious holidays, subject to availability and at extra costs.
