Free shuttle service is available to and fom JR Otaru Station. To use the shuttle service, please make a reservation at the time of booking. The bus leaves the hotel at 09:30 for drop-off. Pick up at JR Otaru is at 14:30 and 15:30. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made at the time of booking. (Charges apply) Dinner cannot be provided if it's requested on site. Guests must check in before 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after that time may not be served dinner and no refund will be given. Please inform Hotel Musashitei in advance of your expected arrival time.
