Information om L'Escale

Set on the top of the Portes du Soleil ski slopes, L'Escale is a traditional chalet-style hotel only accessible using the Super-Chatel Gondola lift, which closes daily at 17:00. Guests can enjoy a panoramic mountain view from the terrace or the room, and it is possible to ski down the mountain to Châtel. Some of the rooms at L'Escale feature a private balcony with a mountain view. Each one is decorated in contemporary style and also has a private bathroom with free toiletries. Guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, tennis, paragliding and other activities during the summer. Guests have direct access to Les Portes du Soleil Ski Resort.

Please note that the nearest car park is located in the centre of the village, under the church square. There are 373 spaces. During winter season it's open 24 hours a day with someone at the office from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the time an automatic system allows you to get in and out. Please note that Super-Chatel Gondola Lift is open until 17:00 everyday. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
