An on-site reception is open till 20:00 each weekday evening; 19:00 on Saturdays. Sunday check-in is 14:00 - 16:00. There is a 24-hour on-call manager. Out-of-hours check-in needs to be requested and agreed with the hotel at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Late check-out can also be requested at an extra cost per hour. When booking for 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. A security deposit between GBP 100 and GBP 250 is required on arrival.
