A wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a steam bath is provided at Der Monolith. It features elegantly furnished apartments with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with mountain views. The Samnaun-Ravaisch Cable Car is just 500 metres away. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a dishwasher and a fridge. A sofa bed and a flat-screen TV are provided in each apartment. All units have a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. A washing machine is available at an additional cost. You can work out in Der Monolith’s gym or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Fresh bread rolls are delivered each morning on request. A ski storage room can be used by all guests and the apartment house is surrounded by a garden with a sun terrace. The closest grocery store is 2 km away and a bus station can be reached within a 3-minute walk. Bars and restaurants are 300 to 400 metres from Der Monolith and you can park your car free of charge on site.

A security deposit of 10% of the total amount is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
