Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival which is pre-authorised to a credit card on arrival. This will be returned at check-out subject to a damage inspection. With late check-in there is a fee of EUR 35. The late check-in fee could be waived should the guest choose to check-in via the access code. Please note that this option is only possible if the guest is staying for more than 2 nights and has paid the security deposit in advance.
