Offering views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor Lagoon, it features a garden with a seasonal outdoor pool and direct beach access. The modern air-conditioned apartments have 3 terraces offering sea and lagoon views. There are 2 bathrooms and the living room has a sofa and flat-screen TV. There is a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. A small pitch and putt golf course is within a short walk, as well as shops, bars and a supermarket. The apartment complex has a children’s playground. Free on-site parking is offered.

Key collection takes place at the door of the apartments. It is important to confirm your arrival time, so that someone can meet you there. A damages deposit of EUR 40 is payable when guests receive the garage remote and the beach gate key. This will be refunded upon departure once the keys and the remote have been returned. Cleaning on arrival and departure is included in the price. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
