Dives-sur-Mer is a 2 room self catering accommodation, located 2 km from Cabourg: 3 km from the centre of Cabourg, 400 m from the sea. Offering an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the property offers views of the sea, the river and the swimming pool. The living/dining room includes 1 single bed (90 cm), a digital TV and DVD. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm). The kitchenette is fully equipped and complete with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, electric coffee machine and a combination microwave. In the house there is electric heating and a terrace with furniture. For shared use: indoor pool angular heated, fenced (12 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, 01.01.-31.12. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00). WC in the pool area. In the complex there is a lift and laundry. A shop is just 800 m away, a supermarket at 2.5 km, a restaurant at 800 m, a golf course (9 hole) 2.8 km away. The Sailing school is just 300m away (high season). The Beach is accessible via a footbridge (400m). Port's shopping center open in high season only.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Port Guillaume 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
