Located in Canet-Plage, Chez Nicole offers a contemporary, self-catering apartment with a view of the sea. The beach is just 50 metres away and Perpignan is a 15-minute drive away. The apartment features a living area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a washing machine and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Grocery shops are ideally located just 200 metres from the apartment and there is also a daily market. Guests can find a restaurant next to the building. The Port de Canet is just a 15-minute walk away and Collioure is a 35-minute drive from the apartment. Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges may be applicable.

Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
