The Residence "Marine" is a 4 storey block located 50 m from the sea, just across the road. Offering a view of the forest, the accommodation is on a climatic health resort and bathing resort with 2'900 inhabitants, directly by the sea. The studio is on the 2nd floor. The living/dining room has 1 raised single bed, above the double bed, and there is also a TV. The kitchenette is complete with 2 hotplates, a mini-oven, and a micro wave. There is a shower and a separate WC. In the studio there is electric heating. Reserved parking. You are allowed to bring a maximum of 1 pet/dog. In the complex there is a lift. Shops, grocers, and a restaurant are 100 m away. A tennis court is 200 m form the property.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
