This self-catering apartment is located in the Pointe Croisette area of Cannes, just 20 metres from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the town centre. The apartment has lift access and free Wi-Fi is provided. There is a small veranda and the living room has a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area. There is also a sleeping area separated by a carved wooden screen, and a separate, equipped kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and there is a washing machine. You will find a choice of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The Pierre Canto marina is also under a 5-minute walk away.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Rental is possible but must be requested at the time the reservation is made. Please note that for arrivals after 18:00, a EUR 50 fee will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
