The apartments are decorated in modern style and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a TV with cable channels, and a bathroom with heated floors and a hairdryer. Classic Apartments - Sügise 14 offer tours of the area at extra charge, Shuttle from the apartment to the airport or a station is also available at a surcharge. Toompea Castle and Alexander Nevsky Сathedral are 10 minutes away on foot. The Modern Lennusadam Seaplane Harbour Museum is a 6-minute drive. Balti Jaam Train Station is a 6-minute walk from the apartments.

Guests will receive a confirmation email from Classic Apartments - Sügise 14, describing check-in procedure and directions. Guests arriving by car are requested to contact the property prior to arrival by email and inform Classic Apartments about their planned arrival time and to book a parking space. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Classic Apartments - Sügise 14 in advance. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note that these apartments are not suitable for children under 6 years. Classic Apartments - Sügise 14 reserves right to ask for a refundable security deposit of up to 100 EUR during check-in. Safety deposit will be returned on check-out once verified that the apartment is undamaged and rental terms haven’t been violated. There is no lift in the building.
