Information om The York Priory

The York Priory is a period-style Victorian residence, that was converted into a hotel in the 1930s. Situated in a residential area called Fishergate, the guest house is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The riverside promenade and historic attractions are in near reach, as well as restaurants and bars. Ample free parking is available on site. Famous for the twin Gothic arches in the secluded gardens, the Priory offers comfortable accommodation with en suite bathrooms. There is also a licenced bar on the premises and a full English breakfast along with a variety of cereals, fruit and yoghurt served in the dining room. Attractions in York include Cliffords Tower, the National Rail Museum and York Minster.

All customers who secure their reservation with an American express will need to provide an alternative card to pay for their reservation as this hotel doesn't accept American express. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. All family rooms and twin rooms are situated on the third floor facing the front of the house. There is no lift in the building, although staff will help with luggage, health and safety will prevent them carrying over-sized suitcases.
