Mas Mont Plaisir is an original Provence farm house which has been completely renovated, located in Gallician, 7 km from Vauvert and 25 km from the sea. The house has a 2,500 m2 garden and a swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 160 cm, 15.05.-15.10.) with alarm and pool cleaning system with Salt-Electrolysis. The property is a 6-room house, 250 m2 on 2 levels: lounge with TV; kitchen/living room (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm) with its own access to the kitchen/diner, shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed (130 cm), shower. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm). Bath/WC. 15 m2 terrace with furniture and portable barbecue. Upper floor with old stone floors, stone steps, exposed beams and original interior. The property provides washing machine, children's high chair, cot and reserved fenced parking. Small summer kitchen with direct access to the swimming pool. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Surroundings: shop, restaurant 350 m.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
