London Stay Apartments is located close to Southwark Park, a 5-minute walk from Surrey Quay Overground Station. They provide contemporary studio apartments with free WiFi. Each room offers a 32-inch TV with access to over 70 channels, complimentary biscuits with tea/coffee making facilities as well as towels, linen, a hairdryer and ironing facilities. Guests have access to laundry service. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. The apartments are set 7 minutes’ walk from Surrey Quay Shopping Centre with various shops and supermarkets. 24-hour bus services around the city pass just outside the building. South Bermondsey train station is an 8-minutes walk away whilst Canada Water tube station is only 9 minutes’ walk away, connecting you with London Bridge and the O2 Arena in 5 minutes and the Olympic Park in Stratford in 14 minutes. The City and the West End are within 10 minutes’ ride from the property. There is a grocery shop opposite the property.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or a late cancellation. The card will be pre-authorised 2 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all its clients to have enough funds in order to cover the first night rate as the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pre-authorization will fail. The person checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer on the reservation. The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all the non-refundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance. The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. The non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have your reservation confirmed) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises. There is a covered designated smoking area available inside the building. Check in standard time: from 14:00 up to 22:00 Check out standard time: up to 10:30 Early check in or a late check-out is subject to the availability and it has to be confirmed by the property. Guests checking in after 10:00 PM must inform the property in advance and an extra charge will occur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval. GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval. Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
