Featuring free basic WiFi, the Maldagora estate is located in a quiet and leafy setting 3 km from the beach and overlooks the Nivelle golf course and St-Jean-de-Luz bay. The Villa, which was built in the 1930s, harmoniously combines the neo-Basque style and the architecture of the period. Apartments range from studios, 1 bedroom or 1/2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. All are fitted with fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with bath and shower and TV Canal+. Apartments on the ground floor have a garden and other apartments offer a balcony that look out over the heated swimming pool. Boardgames can be borrowed on site. This beautiful resort is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains at the gateway to Spain.

A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. Reception opening times in April, May, June and October: Sunday to Friday: 09:00 - 12:00 and 17:00 - 19:00. Saturday: 09:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Closed on Wednesdays in April and October. Reception opening times in July, August and September: Sunday to Friday: 09:00 - 12:00 and 17:00 - 19:00. Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 20:00. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of service items at the reception at the end of each week. Prices include Accommodation, Bed linen, Toilet linen, Household linen (bathmat + dish towel), Cleaning kit, End of stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), Wifi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches), Charge and tax (except tourism tax and application fee) A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 folding bed with fitted sheet, 1 highchair, 1 nappy changing mat, 1 pushchair and is at an extra cost. Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation). For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
